We start with an intitial 120min session, where we combine grounding somatic tools and visual planning so you can gain clarity on your wishes and goals and craft a plan to reach them.
At the end of this session you are at a calm starting point, well-equipped to embark on your journey with actionable steps towards realizing your potential.

During your Coaching Journey we meet for 60 minute sessions over a period of 3-6 months. I don’t offer quick fixes, this coaching is about long-lasting transformation.
